Reliance Broadband Internet Service ? Online Complaint

I am complaining again consumer forum because my problem is still same from 7 DEC 2012, my internet is not working and I facing a problem.

I paid full charge, We are facing the problem from first day, I discussed with customer care but not able to solve, and giving me wrong update against my complaint.
I have called customer service and informed them this connection is not working, Customer care write my complaint, and nothing they do on my complaints, same is happening again and again it is happening repeating manner, I facing a lot of problem.

I have complained to Reliance about my problem so many times but still this is same.

Please find the below complaint details. I have informed to reliance customer care so many time but my problem did?t resolve.

Thanks for your prompt response,
But I want to know how this problem resolved, without any representative means didn?t come any one at my home for configuration and for setup.

In my request/complaint (194150793) I have mentioned clearly please call me after resolving the issue but I didn?t get any call.

One more thing I want to share with you I have raised three complaint,

I want to know why reliance false updating going on in the system.

I paid full charge, We are facing the problem from first day, Every weekend Saturday and Sunday disconnect the connection
for that I called customer service and informed them this connection is not working, Customer care has written my complaint, same is haeppening again and again
every weekend. Because of it is happening repeating manner, I facing a lot of problem.

I have complained to Reliance about my problem many times but still this is same.
